Most of our products have to have a logo on them in order to purchase but there are some items that may be purchased blank (with no personal artwork/logo decoration). You may order as few as 1 piece blank or as many as stock will allow. Please indicate in the drop-box that you wish to purchase blank items. Once you confirm your order for blank product, the order will be shipped within 5 business days. Please note once you approve an order for blank goods you cannot cancel or change your order, so please review the order carefully. In order to continue to provide the deepest discounts possible, we cannot accept returns or exchanges; unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect (see Refund Policy page).
Yes, you must order the minimum quantity noted per product per logo/artwork. Each product may have a different minimum requirement for decoration. Once you confirm your order for decorated product, the order will be shipped within 10-15 business days (after paper proof approval). Please note once you approve a paper proof for decorated goods you cannot cancel or change your order, so please review the paper proof carefully. Because items have logos on them, we cannot accept returns or exchanges; unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect (see Refund Policy page).
Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred. Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator vector format. Please save as an EPS or AI file. Be sure to convert all text to outlines. Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, InDesign and Freehand. Note: Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, etc.) are not graphics programs and will not be recognized through art acceptance process. Halftones, screening, shading: Such logos are not recommended, but we will attempt to reproduce and will advise accordingly.
If you do not have the correct artwork or access to the correct artwork, please provide your highest quality image and we can convert it into the correct format at no additional charge.
You are able to indicate your required pantone colour to us in the quote request process.
Each item is different and if you need more than one location for imprint we can let you know what is possible in the quoting process.
Please note that the number of colours for printing of logos varies dependent on the product. In most cases there is a maximum of 2 colours for printing of logos. The first colour is included in the product price. The additional colour will require a run charge per piece; which will be added to your order total once 2 colours is selected.
Yes, prior to production, each order will receive a paper proof displaying your artwork on the product ordered. Please review your paper proof and artwork carefully and advise of any required changes immediately. Once the paper proof is approved, the item(s) is put into production and no changes/alterations/cancellations can be made.
We ship everything standard ground. Shipping cost is calculated based on courier rates and charged once delivered.
Generally it takes 10-15 business days from the moment you approve the order/paper proof. However, each order can vary depending on product and delivery location. The products on our site come from all sorts of different vendors and because they are drop shipped directly from the vendor, you may then receive multiple deliveries.
